Job Description
- Responsible for preparation that goes into the calling and awarding of tenders for sub-contract works
- To prepare proposed budgets or estimates of any sub-contract works
- Preparation and checking of the Bill of Quantities (BQ) for sub-contract work
- Checking/rationalization of all rates and quantities
- Check the quotation submitted by the subcontractor
- Evaluate and provide progress payments to subcontractors
- Provide payment claims and change of work (variation orders)
- Prepare a schedule of materials and budgets and provide interim payment certificate
