Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provides support in the preparation and submission of proposals with minimal supervision and ensures proposals are complete and submitted to the customer before the deadline.
- Acquires basic knowledge on relevant matters regarding proposal preparation.
- Works closely with the proposal manager, assistant proposal manager, and proposal engineer to ensure tasks are well-coordinated.
- Assists the Proposal Team in proposal compilation and preparation, including fulfilling technical proposal requirements and submissions according to customer/ ITB requirements.
- Assists the Proposal Team in official proposal submission through official portals such as Smart GEP, Ariba, etc.
- Assists the Proposal Team in AX key-in.
- Processes sales orders.
- Assists the Proposal Manager in reporting, database, and admin work.
- Performs any other clerical work and support to the team as assigned by the immediate superior/ manager/ HOD from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in proposal administration, including proposal preparation or similar experience.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,141.55 – RM3,500.00 per month
