Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Officer. As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s property portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained
- Handling all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, inquiries, and problem-solving
- Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
- Monitoring rental payments and coordinating lease agreements
- Preparing reports on property performance and recommending improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
