Job Description
- Knowledge in property management.
- To manage and coordinate all operational matters related to Property Management, including building maintenance administrative tasks and others.
- Looking for prospective tenants and answering relevant questions about the properties.
- Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports and ensure timely submission.
- Preparation of circulars, letters, reports, and other assigned documents expeditiously.
- Prepares Tenancy Agreement & Collects Rental Amount.
- Provides administrative and tenant support for the management and operation of a property.
- Prepares work orders and schedules maintenance. As a Property Management Administrator, coordinates tenant move-in and move-out inspections.
- Legal firm background (if any).
- To liaise with lawyers regarding property purchase and loan.
- Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities, e.g., MOT, SPA, permission application, and lease mortgage, etc.
