Job Description
Haier Electronics Appliances Malaysia seeks a Promoter Team Lead to manage and strengthen a nationwide field force, optimize allocations, and drive sell-out through coaching, store visits, merchandising, planogram compliance, dealer and agency management, events, and competitive analysis. Responsibilities include assigning and reallocating staff, monitoring monthly targets, preparing sales reports and analyses, ensuring SOP compliance, and providing feedback to management. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, analytical and creative problem-solving, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel. Contract: 12 months, in-person. Job Type: Contract.
