Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Site Supervisor to join our team. As the Project Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities at the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the site workforce, monitoring project progress, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid background in construction and proven experience as a supervisor. Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce
