Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Analyze Civil & Structural (C&S) consultant’s design and cost estimates.
- Monitor progress of C&S design and check compliance to technical and regulatory requirements.
- Check completeness of C&S design documentations before sending out for tender and authorities’ submission.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of structural and infrastructure design experience in commercial and mixed development projects, preferably in a consultant office.
- Well-versed with C&S design codes, design standards, C&S design software, as well as local authorities’ standards.
- Possess good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Required knowledge in MS Office and Autocad.
