Job Description
Usaha MZ Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee construction management and lead project teams. The successful candidate will liaise with consultants, main contractors, and clients on technical construction matters. Responsibilities include attending project meetings, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of construction experience, strong project management skills, and proficiency in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Prior experience in fast-track projects and high-rise buildings is preferred.
