Job Description
-To plan, manage, monitor, and control civil related project operations and report progress to Top Management.
-Prepare daily report & summary.
-To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
-To ensure that all civil related works carried out are in accordance with BQ drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions, etc.
-To review and monitor civil related site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.
-To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans. Results of such to conform to specifications and drawings.
-To ensure that applicable environmental, safety, and health legislative, regulatory, and related requirements are fulfilled at the project site.
-To ensure that site personnel monitor workers and subcontractors to carry out the timeline are.
-To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Top Management.
