Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and management of inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key account inquiries and requests
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery for key accounts
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
• Monitor key account metrics and provide regular reports on performance to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and increase efficiency
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements for key accounts
• Participate in regular meetings with key account representatives to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide updates on warehouse operations
• Conduct regular site visits to key accounts to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts and increase revenue

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,250.00 – RM6,500.00 per month
