Job Description

Job Purpose:
- Lead and guide the Application Consultants throughout the implementation process for Rymnet’s clients
- Propose best practice & solutions for clients
- Implement & perform module setup within the agreed timeline
Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to conduct requirement study & UAT session within the agreed timeline proposed
- Ensure project delivery according to the agreed timeline & scope of work
- Coordinate with internal Tech Development team on any Customization briefed by the Client and within the agreed scope and timeline
- Provide support to end users in troubleshooting technical problems and/or functional issues to ensure smooth usage of the application
- Ensure all control documents are properly documented and handed over to Customer Support upon completion of each project
- Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT with a sign-off from the Client
- Ensure training of the assigned modules are understood thoroughly by appointed personnel from the Client’s side and attendance is recorded for internal documentation (especially for HRDCorp claims)
