Job Description
- Taking project brief from Client, Account Management, and Designer Team
- Review contract documentation/BOQ/Design drawings specification to prepare SOW (scope of work)
- Attend site recce and client meetings
- Lead and provide clear lines of communication to all parties concerned as the project develops (Management, Administration, Warehouse, Logistic, Operation, and supplier/contractor)
- Prepare project path planners/schedule and method statement/procedure/works instructions
- Manage all budgets relating to the physical delivery and execution of projects within the specified time frame and quality
- Assist Account Management on project forecast budget, margin, Variation, and procurement process
- Setting up site office and chair daily briefing on work program/information and strategy
- Close liaison with Foremen & Design Manager concerning all aspects of a project build
- Onsite management of complete project, problem-solving, and ensure Health & Safety standards are always adhered to all the time.
- Prepare report/updates on project activities/site progress and other relevant reports (DO) for supplier/contractor claims and payment
