Job Description

Responsibilities:

1) To participate in property development division – Project Management Department by involving the entire project cycle from inception up to completion VP Stage.

2) To attend tender interviews and evaluations – by conducting thorough preparation for tender interviews to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements. And collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate tender submissions and make informed recommendations.

3) Site meetings and site visits – regularly attend site meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project timelines. Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency.

4) Departmental meetings – participate in departmental meetings to provide updates on project status, discuss problems, and contribute to strategic planning. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and foster a cohesive working environment within the Project Management Department.

5) Task follow-up and reporting to superiors – systematically follow up on all tasks assigned by superiors, providing regular updates on progress and seeking guidance when necessary. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project advancements, challenges encountered, and proposed solutions for managerial review.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Civil Engineering, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin have an extra advantage to be shortlisted.
• Applicants must be willing to work on-site and at the HQ.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Software.

Job Type: Internship

Salary: RM800.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
