Job Description
Key contributor to the E-Invoicing project, providing vital support and assistance to the Project Team. The position involves collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams and the management of various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Schedule meetings, work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communication: Facilitate communication within the organization or with business partners.
- Documentation: Organizing and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action registration, UAT documentation.
- To assist in the Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable master data update for E-invoicing purposes.
- To assist in identifying potential improvement areas for an upcoming ERP System project.
- To engage respective stakeholders on potential process change in the E-invoicing process.
- To provide status updates/progression to all stakeholders on E-invoicing.
- To generate a useful E-invoicing user guide for internal & external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
