Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Project Director
- Overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management and budgeting
- Leads a team of Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Surveyor, Site Quality Coordinator and Supervisor
- Establish Project Quality Plan for overall project planning
- Establish Inspection & Test Plan for the assigned project
- Determine the verification and validation to be carried out for the assigned project
- Supervise engineers and site staff for all activities related to the assigned project, including project management and coordination with other design consultants and contractors
- Ensure site staff carry out quality control inspections during construction stage
- Monitor project schedule and rectify non-conformity, if any
- Implement & continually improve to achieve Quality Policy & Objectives
- Liaise with client, consultants, and local authorities
- Attend all client/consultant meetings
- Perform other tasks as requested by superior or as stated in ISO documentation
Essential Education, Training, Skills and Experience:
- At least a Diploma or Degree holder
- At least 8 years of working experience in ID construction industry
- Project coordination
- Management skills
- Systematic thinking skills
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Decision-making skills
- Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
- Computer literate and fluent in oral and written English
