Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist Project Manager in preparing, administering, and maintaining project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project development team to provide assistance and technical support.
- Responsible for liaising with clients and project teams to coordinate project management activities, equipment, and information.
- Track overall project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, venue setup, and refreshment orders.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent team spirit, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a team.
- Proficient in Project Management, Operations Management, and Electronic/IT Systems.
- Willingness to travel with own transport.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: 03/04/2024
