Job Description
Location: SS15 Courtyard, Subang Jaya
Contract: 12 months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am-6pm)
Salary Package: RM4,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
Job Description:
- Track and record handover status and actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Communicate with clients for updates and closures.
- Prepare reporting slides and manage trackers.
- Validate handover data regularly.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in coordination or telco project support.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
