Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To attend all customers and inbound calls.
• Updating payment data to system.
• Attend customers’ inquiries and requests.
• Undertake general administrative clerical works.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
• Report to the direct manager, travel within office and project location.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Level, Diploma, Degree in relevant field.
• Own transport required.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 10am – 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
