Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical aspects of the projects.
2. Assist Project Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and following up on project progress.
3. Monitor on-site progress and ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.
4. Attend site meetings and conduct regular on-site inspections.
5. Resolve on-site problems to minimize delays and reduce additional costs.
6. Responsible for drafting and preparing project drawings.
7. Work according to design schedule.
8. Perform any ad-hoc and other duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
3. Meticulous attention to details and alterations of designs.
4. Good team player with a positive attitude.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
7. Possess a valid driving license (advantageous).

Job Type: Contract

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
