Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overall administrative tasks, coordination, and follow-ups for internal and external parties. Your main tasks will include assisting your superior in preparing sales reports and relevant documentation for weekly/monthly reporting to management.
You will also need to maintain good rapport and communicate with clients through phone and email correspondence, as well as handle project management for web development, landing page development, banner design, and client servicing in SEO and performance marketing (Google Ads & Facebook Ads).
It is essential for you to maintain contact with clients throughout campaigns/projects, provide periodic feedback, and present campaign ideas, project progress reports, and performance reports to enhance client satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include keeping updated with industry-specific market trends, effectively communicating clients’ needs to relevant departments, negotiating with clients, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Job Requirements:
– Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin or Chinese dialect (added advantage)
