Job Description

• Working closely with project owners and technical team for order processing, logistic arrangement for project implementation.
• Working closely with project managers for manpower scheduling.
• Monitoring and ensuring projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Maintaining all project documents – keeping project files for management review.
• Handling stock control and documents related to accounts payable and receivables.
• Providing accurate progress reports and project costings to management weekly.
• Establishing work plans and adhering to Company’s SOPs.
• Completing project documentation and overseeing project schedules.
• Ensuring project compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction/contracting/engineering.
• Able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Preferably experienced in project management support.
