Job Description

• 1. Ensure the smooth and proper execution of planning and implementation of projects from conception to completion.
• 2. Participate in concept design, plan checking, feasibility study, tender preparation and award, and project implementation until Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CC).
• 3. Liaise with consultants and authorities for submission to ensure approvals are obtained within stipulated timelines.
• 4. Monitor construction progress to ensure project completion within the deadline and according to approved drawings and specifications.
• 5. Coordinate with internal departments on any matters related to the project to ensure seamless integration and execution.
• 6. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
• 7. Organize technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and change orders, to support project implementation and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Have 1-2 years’ Experience, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
