Job Description
The Professional Education Specialist – Vision Care will be responsible for developing and executing the Professional Education strategy for Johnson & Johnson in the country. This role will involve creating strategic partnerships with industry associations, academic institutions, research groups, and key opinion leaders to enhance the professional environment and raise primary eye care standards in the market. The specialist will also develop internal capabilities by providing technical and clinical training for cross-functional departments and create curriculum and training modules to ensure correct product usage by professionals. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the development of education tool-kits, communication materials, and training curriculum to effectively position Johnson & Johnson Vision Care’s products. Supporting clinical studies, trials, and publications, as well as assisting with the briefing of independent speakers for new product launches, will also be part of the role. Other professional development projects will be assigned by the manager.
