Job Description

At SWEP, we are committed to transforming energy usage in heat transfer and making a positive impact on our planet and people. We are a market leader in efficient heat transfer technology and are looking for a Production Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

Perform assembly, brazing, testing, and packing.
Participate in quality improvement projects.
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
Involve in production audits.
Take preventive actions on the production floor.
Support ISO implementations.

Candidates must have SPM/STPM or a Technical Certificate, be bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and have experience in a manufacturing environment. Own transport and accommodation required.
