Job Description
The food production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the processing and manufacturing of food products at Oriental Eden (M) Sdn. Bhd. This role involves supervising the day-to-day operations to ensure top-quality products and maximize company profits.
Key responsibilities include directing and supervising food production staff, setting quality standards, managing inventory, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing production planning.
- Qualifications in manufacturing engineering, food science, or related fields preferred
- Must have knowledge of food costing and food processing machines
- Competency in GMP/HACCP, production processes, and inventory management
- Develop leadership, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
