Job Description
- Ensure daily tasks assigned are completed on schedule
- Control and allocation of manpower for metal preparation process
- Ensure good housekeeping in work area
- Ensure that laid down safety and operations procedures are fully adhered by his subordinates
- Ensuring that quality workmanship carried out in the way that subordinates are adequately trained and qualified to perform their tasks
- Ensuring that all products are painted as per requirements
- Ensuring that targets are met and assist superiors to improve productivity
- Ensuring that painting tools are kept in working conditions
- Ensuring that subordinates are carrying out their tasks as per laid down working instructions and operations procedures
- Ensure that metal parts are stored and identified properly
- Ensure that bonding agent and solvent are stored and identified properly
