Job Description
1. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
2. Responsible for day-to-day posting production output in SAP system.
3. Handling office tasks, such as filing.
4. Prepare monthly punch card and access card setting.
5. Provide administrative support to other departments as and when required.
6. Assist in staff disciplinary issues, staff development, engagement programs, etc.
7. Provide support in human resources and administration matters.
8. Handle Safety, Health, and Security of the Companies.
9. Able to perform any other ad-hoc Human Resource and Admin duties as assigned by Superior.
