Job Description
Responsibility:
- Make sure manpower is fully utilized and sufficient for daily production.
- Ensure production activity runs smoothly and completes orders within the given time.
- Plan, supervise, and support the production line of the department.
- Ensure the supply quantity of raw materials and packaging materials is sufficient.
- Plan raw material, equipment, tools, etc., including machine and raw material quality inspections.
- Monitor and follow-up on work routines, arrangements, completion status, and ensure they meet standards.
- Supervise attendance and discipline of foreign and local workers.
- Utilize lean manufacturing knowledge to reduce waste in production.
- Liaise with QCQA & Purchasing Department on quality-related matters.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry and possess ISO 9001 knowledge.
- Knowledge in process control, product quality, and maintenance skills.
- Able to drive a forklift.
- Experience in arranging, planning, and supervising foreign and local workers.
- Willing to work on rotation shifts: Morning & Afternoon.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
