Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and allocating resources.
- Optimize productivity and operational efficiency by implementing effective strategies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Train, motivate, and mentor production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in production management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with different teams. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
