Job Description
Company: Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd
Location: Kapar, Klang
Salary: RM 500-800
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and control overall production activities to achieve daily production output.
- Liaise closely with the Factory Manager and other department managers for monthly production planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of each order.
- Minimize wastage and maintain high productivity.
- Implement preventive maintenance for all dipping lines.
- Provide production reports and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure availability of factory consumables.
- Maintain employee discipline and manage department headcount.
- Plan manpower allocation and assess worker capability.
- Provide input for process flow improvement and safety measures.
- Ensure workers adhere to safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the plant and factory.
