Job Description

Position: Production Executive

Job Requirements
- Responsible for supervising and leading the production team to achieve production targets within the required specifications and cost.
- Ensure maximum safety measures are taken during production.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing field, preferably in Punching/Stamping/Blanking operation, will be advantageous.
- Bachelor of Science in Production/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise and lead the production team to achieve production targets.
- Form work teams among production operators for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and appraise production staff performance and develop training programs to upgrade staff skills.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Provide engineering and technical support on all production matters.
- Prepare/revise production documents, including Work Instructions, ISO9001, ISO14001, EMS, Safety, and Quality.
- Perform the duty of Night Shift Supervisor based on the night shift rotation schedule.
