Job Description
Responsibilities:
To supervise the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
Ensure safety requirement compliance, enforcement of PPE, and be proactive in identifying safety hazards at all times.
Responsible for day-to-day shift schedule that includes workstation assignments/rotations, leave and overtime arrangement, optimization of manpower at all workstations, and storage for smooth running of production.
Coordinating production startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
Responsible to meet daily shift production output and quality goals and targets.
Resolving day-to-day production quality and process control issues.
Carry out daily checklist forms and production reports.
Ensure production runs smoothly and materials are sufficient.
Plan and organize maintenance for machines, respond to breakdowns, and report downtime.
Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving, and process improvement activities.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
