Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Production and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including planning, organizing, and controlling the manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our team to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Your duties will include managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing efficient production strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in production management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position.
