Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and has a strong technical background? We are currently hiring for the position of Product Support Assistant/Specialist (Customer Support Role) to join our team.
As a Product Support Assistant/Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our customers regarding our products. You will be the point of contact for any inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to our products.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Providing accurate information on our products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers
- Coordinating with internal teams to escalate and prioritize customer issues
- Proactively following up with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
