Job Description
· To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
· To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission.
· To collate tender information references and tender bidding from various sources such as MOF, JKR, UPEN, TNB, Vendors and others online search engines, industry and market which are needed for tendering process submission.
· To furnish others supporting document as and when required and to compile the tender documentation submission.
· To identify, call, conduct, prepare BQ/RFQ and brief Approved Vendor List for both scope of core and support services.
