Job Description
Position: Associate, Procurement Platform, Project & Reporting
The Procurement Platform and Reporting associate is crucial in deploying efficient procurement systems, enabling Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day queries and process clarifications
– Collaborate on system requirements and test scripts
– Develop Procurement PowerBI dashboards
– Handle various Procurement Reporting requirements
Requirements:
– Proficient in data analytics using Excel, gsheet
– Knowledge of Source to Pay systems and Oracle ERP
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to prioritize work under pressure and collaborate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,00.00 – RM13,00.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years in Procurement and Data analysis skills, 1 year in Advanced Excel, gsheet, and Oracle ERP
