Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the procurement team through general administrative duties and order placements.
- Source, select, and evaluate both existing and new suppliers.
- Respond to supplier inquiries and manage order statuses.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers for deliveries and issue resolution.
- Manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and maintain records.
- Collaborate with the store department to reconcile deliveries and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers’ information, and documents.
- Support audit-related activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin advantageous.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, independence, effective prioritization, and deadline adherence.

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
