Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To source products, request quotations and samples and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Establishment of vendor pools for direct and indirect procurement.
- Responsible for frame bidding or project bidding.
- Fulfill resources during peak season, and major festivals (New Year, Christmas, 11.11 sales day etc).
- Assist with vendor management and cooperation issues between suppliers and operations.
- Prepare cost estimation & manage budget.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Business Admin or other related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
- Prefer candidates who can read, speak and write in Mandarin as the position needs to communicate with HQ China.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice will be taken advantage.
- Knowledge of express delivery is an advantage.
- Willing to travel around Klang Valley.
- Must be able to work at Puchong/Subang Jaya.
