Job Description
Sourcing, negotiating, evaluating, and selecting vendors or contractors in compliance with company SOP.
Procuring renovation, maintenance, or refurbishment work services, furniture, fittings, or equipment for projects.
Monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs to ensure expenses stay within budget.
Ensuring all documentation is accurate, updated, and in order.
Verifying invoices, deliveries, and works as required. Tracking project progress.
Proactively seeking new vendors, products, and evaluating existing ones for quality, delivery, and pricing.
Handling all procurement activities including tendering, supplier selection, planning, and cost-saving.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)
- Project & Renovation: 2 years (Preferred)
