Job Description

• Assist in compiling data bi-annually for vendor reassessment to ensure IMS compliance.
• Gather quotations from vendors.
• Organize and attach necessary documents to invoices, ensuring accuracy before sending to finance.
• Email approved purchase orders to vendors.
• Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical purchase orders and related documents.
• Execute Oracle tasks related to procurement.
• Collaborate with other Buyers from different sites.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace according to company policy.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Formulas.
• Familiarity with customs forms and applications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Own transportation required; occasional travel to plant locations.
• Initially based in Seri Kembangan, with potential for relocation based on job needs.
• 6-month contract with potential for permanent conversion based on performance.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
