Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in procurement and inventory management? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Procurement & Inventory Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels. You will collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure that all procurement needs are met and inventory is efficiently managed.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of goods
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess or obsolete stock
- Work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely and accurate supply
- Implement and maintain processes and systems to track and report on procurement and inventory performance
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of inventory management principles. A proven track record in procurement and inventory management is also required.
