Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Procurement Executive. As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and oversee supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
