Job Description

Sourcing, negotiating, evaluating & selecting vendors or contractors in compliance with company SOP.

To source and procure renovation, maintenance or refurbishment work services, furniture and fittings, or equipment for projects.

Monitor, analyze, and control project overall costing to ensure expenses do not exceed budget and avoid duplicate requests by user departments.

To ensure all documentation is in order, accurate, and updated.

Ensure all invoices, deliveries/ works are verified as per requirement. Keep track of project progress until completion.

Proactive in sourcing new reliable vendors, alternative and new products, as well as evaluating existing or reliable vendors in terms of consistency of quality product, on-time deliveries, after-sales services, technical support, and competitive pricing.

Handle all procurement activities like tendering, supplier selections, resource or purchasing planning, price reviewing, cost-saving activities, etc.

Any new or ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the superior.
