Job Description
Location: Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management System Registration of Panasonic Global Code
- To verify the accuracy and completeness of the documents submitted by applicants.
- To have effective communication with applicants to obtain any pending documents or further verification on the application.
- To register the data and documents into the system.
- To monitor the status of ongoing CSR activities to ensure timely completion.
- To track and update the status of ongoing CSR activities.
- To have effective communication and address issues with related personnel in ASEAN countries, Middle East, Europe, USA & China.
- To support audit documentation related, as required.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
