Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling Indirect Procurement (accommodations, flights, shopee, warehouse accessories).
- Ensuring that deliveries are sent to the one who ordered.
- Drafting purchase orders and processing purchase requests.
- Preparing payment list and scheduling payments based on instruction.
- Internally scheduling timelines for orders.
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery dates and notifying internal staff on delivery changes.
- Procurement data upkeep.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as informed by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Office Management/Business Management or any relevant field.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented person.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
