Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement department in sourcing and purchasing goods and services effectively.
Your responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, preparing purchase orders, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and inventory control, as well as assisting in the resolution of any procurement-related issues.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are also essential. Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred, but not required.
