Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITY
Carry out the Procurement function and responsible for coordinating the sourcing process of Indirect Categories (CAPEX & OPEX), Logistic, and Supporting Material.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Developing and executing plans to achieve annual savings and business simplification targets for mentioned categories.
- Negotiate with third-party service providers and establish contracts accordingly.
- Ensure all contracts are maintained, renewed, and uploaded into Ariba System.
- Collaborate with Business users and Global Category Manager for efficient execution of sourcing projects.
- Utilize JCH SmartGep for competitive bidding and E-Procurement.
- Manage updates of WAVE, TWC, and data collection required by the Global Team.
- Support compliance-related tasks as per Global Procurement Policy.
- Coordinate PR processing and PO issuance for all purchases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Social Science, Business Administration, or related.
- 5 years Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
