The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst – Japanese Speaking is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end P2P process while focusing on the Japanese market. This role requires fluency in both English and Japanese, as it involves communicating with Japanese suppliers, stakeholders, and customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments
• Resolving payment and invoice discrepancies
• Ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Preparing and analyzing procurement reports
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the P2P process, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Japanese.
