Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Procure to Pay Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Procure to Pay Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process and managing the day-to-day operations of the procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the procure to pay process, including sourcing, purchasing, and payment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost savings opportunities and implement effective cost control measures.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee contract management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procure to pay processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
