Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in weekly resource scheduling.
- Responsible for day-to-day operation tasks, including document management, resources update, proposal and etc.
- Prepare business tender and proposal.
- Versioning control and update.
- Responsible for monthly data gathering and report analysis.
- Communicate with customer and collect requirements.
- Assist in operation SOP and closely follow up on the SOP execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher in any discipline.
- Mandarin speaking is required.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with various individuals.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
